Swiss-Canadian coronavirus vaccine
A joint
Swiss-Canadian coronavirus vaccine is due to be tested on mice in Geneva. If the tests go well, clinical trials will be
launched at the Geneva University Hospital.
It should
take about six weeks for the results of the first stage to be known.
A doctor
heading the research, Nicolas Mach, says it could be tested on people early
next year.
The vaccine
is being developed jointly by the University of Geneva and Laval University in
Quebec.
